Our Story
老闆娘持有 CQI 國際咖啡品質學會頒發的 Q Grader（咖啡品質鑑定師）資格，由生豆選擇、烘焙到品質控制，均達國際標準。
Our roaster holds the Q Grader certification from the Coffee Quality Institute — every batch of beans meets international specialty standards from selection to roast.
店內設有炒豆工房，堅持自家烘焙咖啡豆，從生豆到熟豆全程掌控，精準調整烘焙曲線，展現每種豆的獨特風味。
We roast in-house, controlling the full journey from green bean to cup — fine-tuning roast curves to unlock each origin's potential.
以藍白色調營造清新溫馨的空間，歡迎毛孩到訪。由於座位不多，建議您以「慢活」心態到訪，細細品味每一杯咖啡。
